Orders ship within 1 business day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your box leaves our Portland warehouse.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes assessed by their country.
Every order ships with a tracking number sent to your email. We use UPS, USPS, and DHL depending on destination. You can track in real time through your carrier or by replying to your shipping confirmation.
If your tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours (it sometimes shows up the next day). After that, email orders@pulserecovery.co and we'll either reship or refund — your choice.
We can update your shipping address before the order leaves our warehouse. Once it's in transit, it cannot be redirected. Reach out within an hour of ordering for the best chance.
