Use your PULSE for 30 days. Try it pre-workout, post-workout, after long flights, before bed. If it doesn't earn a spot in your bag, send it back for a full refund. No restocking fees. No return shipping cost. No "you had to use it twice a day" gotchas. Just an honest trial.
If your PULSE arrives broken, doesn't power on, or the motor sounds wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with a short video. We'll ship a replacement before you return the original.
PULSE comes with a 2-year limited warranty on the motor and electronics. If something fails outside the 30-day return window but inside the warranty period, email warranty@pulserecovery.co with your order number and a description. We'll repair or replace at no cost.
We accept returns from any country. International customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the package, the refund processes the same way.
