30 lb stall force. That's enough for 95% of soft tissue work — quads, hamstrings, glutes, lats, calves, neck. If you're a 220 lb power lifter looking for deep-tissue trigger point work on glute medius, you might want a full-size gun. For everyone else, this is plenty.
10mm amplitude. Mid-range for mini guns. The trade-off versus a 16mm flagship is portability and noise — we kept it where the device stays small and quiet but still delivers usable percussion.

Four speeds: 1800 RPM (warmup), 2400 RPM (recovery), 3000 RPM (deep tissue), 3400 RPM (pinpoint trigger work). Most customers spend most of their time on speeds 2 and 3.
For recovery, 5–10 minutes per major muscle group, 1–2 times a day. For pre-workout, 30–60 seconds per area on speed 1. For chronic tight spots, a few minutes of hold-and-press on speed 2 a few times a day.

No. Stay on muscle bellies. Don't park the gun on bone, joints, the front of the throat, or directly on tendons. If something hurts more than mild discomfort, move on.
Yes, and most customers find it more relaxing than self-use. The light weight makes it easy to wield for 5–10 min without arm fatigue.
About 6 hours of continuous use. In normal post-workout use (10 min per day), you'll go 5–6 weeks between charges.
Any USB-C charger. We don't include a wall plug to keep costs and waste down. Full charge takes about 2 hours.
Yes — the battery is under the 100Wh limit for carry-on. Pack it in your carry-on bag (not checked) and you're good.
Wipe with a damp cloth or alcohol wipe between uses. The foam attachments are spot-clean only — don't soak.
